There are 10 professional mold designers in the engineering department of 7D Technology Co., Ltd. In the early stage of mold design, the designers put forward professional analysis according to the product structure, the characteristics of the rubber material, and mold life. For products with complex structures, our designers will make detailed mold flow analysis; propose constructive modifications to the product design according to the requirements of different customers; they use UG, AUTOCAD and other software to achieve 3D and 2D design, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and high standard.

 

Our company has experienced project managers. They make the mold processing schedule according to customer requirements, and update the processing schedule every week; provide professional suggestions on mold test and adjustment machine; make mold test report; provide a practical solution according to the product sample.

 

With precision testing equipment such as CMM, measuring projector, we ensure all the materials are tested before putting in the warehouse. And products without self-inspection cannot put to next process. What's more, we make a record for the defective products, so we can find out the reasons and come up with solutions to avoid the same problems happening again. Before shipment, we will also make a comprehensive inspection to ensure the products are without defects and provide Relevant test report.

 

 

Normally, before shipment,to protect the mould from rusting, we will paint anti-rust oil before packing with pearl cotton and finally pack them with wooden boxes or cartons of corresponding sizes. For plastic products, we will first pack them with plastic bags and pearl cotton. Then pack them in cartons. If customers have special requirements, we will pack according to customer requirements.
