In the early stage of mold design, the designers put forward professional analysis according to the product structure, the characteristics of the rubber material, and mold life. For products with complex structures, our designers will make detailed mold flow analysis; propose constructive modifications to the product design according to the requirements of different customers; they use UG, AUTOCAD and other software to achieve 3D and 2D design, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and high standard.
